COVID - 19 Update - Australia Post still have a current COVID update where parcels may be left at the premises (contactless delivery), in addition EXPRESS POST items are not Guaranteed next day - but are now as fast as possible. No refunds will be given for delayed or slow postage due to third party carriers.
When you have completed your shopping and have the items in your cart ready for checkout, you will have three (3) options for postage. BEST WAY = FLAT RATE - is our $4.99 postal service that allows you to have one (1) or an unlimited number of items sent to you for the low $4.99 postage fee providing all items have the same order identification (receipt) number. These items generally dispatch same day (business days in Victoria) and will be delivered the same speed or quicker than the quoted PARCEL POST option. This service may not come with a tracking number. PARCEL POST - is a premium service that will require a signature upon delivery. Pricing is calculated based on your postcode and the weight / dimensions of the products you purchase. EXPRESS POST - premium service if you need it fast and will require a signature upon delivery.. Generally all orders will be with you next day (some remote areas may be 2 - 3 days) Pricing is calculated based on your postcode and the weight / dimensions of the products you purchase. Bricks to the World ships all orders via Australia Post unless the size / volume of the shipment exceeds Australia Post limits in which case an equivalent courier service will be utilised. Australia Post has a fast and reliable service that allows us to dispatch orders anywhere in Australia whether it is to your home, Post Office box or business address, but we require your residential address for billing purposes.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Bricks to the World will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment if premium postage rates are not selected. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery if required. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed onto the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery (Courier service only)
NOTE: Australia Post do NOT deliver on weekends or Public Holidays. We are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery times due to inconsistent postal standards across the country. We work with Australia Post to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.
Return and Refund
There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to price drops. Please select carefully at the time when you place your order. Returns for credit will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. A restocking fee of 20-25% of the purchase price will be deducted, depending on the item. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. Anything which is not sealed must be replaced at the customers expense. This return for refund policy is not applicable for change of mind, and is at the discretion of the Bricks to the World. NOTE: Parts selected from the Bricks'n'Bits section are non returnable - please select carefully. Orders that have reached the "processing" stage that are no longer required will incur a FLAT $15.00 processing fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. PAYPAL seller fees are non refundable. Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Bricks to the World within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. email@example.com If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
